Student Happiness Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for student communication (email, chat, or social channels).
• Help students with registration, test access, and navigation of the Symsra Edge platform.
• Track learner engagement and provide reminders or motivation to sustain consistency.
• Collect and analyse feedback to improve the learner experience.
• Coordinate with academic, content, and tech teams to resolve student issues quickly.
• Design small engagement initiatives like quiz-of-the-week, leaderboard features, or student shout-outs.
• Maintain a student support log and prepare monthly engagement reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, English, or Communication preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Empathetic listener with a student-centred approach.
• Familiar with online learning tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or community management systems.
• Prior experience in student services, customer support, or EdTech engagement will be an advantage.
