Job Summary

As a Student Happiness Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring students’ satisfaction,

engagement, and overall well-being at Edwin Academy. Your role will focus on building

strong student relationships, addressing concerns, and creating a positive learning

experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for students to resolve queries and provide support.

• Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to understand student needs.

• Organize student engagement activities, events, and workshops.

• Collaborate with faculty and management to address student concerns.

• Track and monitor student satisfaction levels and prepare monthly reports.

• Provide guidance, motivation, and a supportive environment for learners.

• Willingness to travel to company locations in Kannur, Calicut, and Kochi as per business

requirements.

Job Location

Kannur/Calicut/Kochi

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

1–2 years (Experience in student counseling/engagement preferred).

Salary

12000-18000/Per Month

• Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skills
