Student Happiness Officer

As a Student Happiness Officer at Edwin Academy, your primary responsibility will be to ensure student satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being. You will focus on fostering strong student relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a positive learning environment. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for students, resolving queries, and providing necessary support. - Conducting regular feedback sessions and surveys to understand student needs better. - Organizing student engagement activities, events, and workshops to enhance the learning experience. - Collaborating with faculty and management to address student concerns effectively. - Tracking and monitoring student satisfaction levels, preparing monthly reports for analysis. - Providing guidance, motivation, and a supportive environment for learners to thrive. - Being willing to travel to company locations in Kannur, Calicut, and Kochi as per business requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in student counseling/engagement is preferred.
