Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and communication-savvy Student Growth Advisor to join our mission of helping students discover their unique Strengths and growth pathways. You will serve as a trusted partner to parents and students (Class 9 and above), helping them explore Strengths-based insights, understand their natural strengths, and connect them with coaching solutions that align with their academic and personal growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with parents of students (Class 9 onwards) to explain the value of talent discovery and assessment-based development. Facilitate orientation sessions to help families understand the CliftonStrengths® framework and its relevance to student success. Actively manage and convert leads into assessments and coaching journeys. Serve as the first point of contact for families, addressing their concerns and guiding them toward informed decisions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, coaching, and content) to ensure a smooth student onboarding and engagement journey. Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions using CRM tools. Stay updated on trends in adolescent development, educational psychology, and talent frameworks. Who You Are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (Educational, Counseling, or Clinical preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with students from Grade 9 and above in schools, counseling centers, or edtech. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with parents. Passionate about student development, talent discovery, and career clarity. Comfortable in consultative conversations and motivated by helping families make meaningful decisions. Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM systems). Preferred: Exposure to psychometric tools, student assessments, or counseling frameworks. Experience in educational sales or parent engagement is a plus.
