Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic Inside Sales Executives (EdTech) who can confidently engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic and virtual consultations with leads generated through marketing and referrals. Clearly explain the benefits of our programs and offerings. Build trust with decision-makers and guide them toward enrolment. Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM tools. Share market insights and client feedback with the team for continuous improvement. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in English and Hindi required). Confident, empathetic, and persuasive personality. Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections tactfully. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a structured sales process. Prior experience in EdTech, sales, or counselling (preferred but not mandatory).
