About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic and operationally sharp individual to manage end-to-end relationships with both students and parents. As the primary touchpoint for both stakeholder groups, the Advisor will drive proactive communication, support issue resolution, and ensure seamless coordination across academic, residential, and co-curricular matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to contact for students and parents alike, addressing queries with promptness and empathy.
• Keep both groups informed about academic calendars, events, key updates, and policy changes.
• Build trust through consistent, clear, and timely communication.
• Manage escalations with discretion and maturity, ensuring sensitive concerns are resolved transparently.
• Coordinate with internal teams (academics, residential life, operations) for aligned and consistent responses.
• Maintain composure in high-stakes situations and provide assurance to all parties involved.
• Plan and execute high-quality touchpoints such as student town halls and parent-teacher interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in stakeholder management, preferably in education, hospitality, or client-facing sectors
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing relationships and resolving conflicts
• High operational discipline with a bias for execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfort working in dynamic, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholder demands
