The Role

 As a student counselor, you’ll be the first point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance—supporting them from course selection to admissions and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

 ✅ Counsel students and parents about study destinations, courses, universities, and admission processes

 ✅ Handle walk-ins, phone, email, and online enquiries effectively

 ✅ Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into applications

 ✅ Assist students with application preparation and documentation

 ✅ Coordinate with university representatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of admissions criteria

 ✅ Maintain accurate records using CRM or similar systems

What We’re Looking For

 🎯 1–3 years of experience in student counselling or the education sector 

 🎯 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

 🎯 Passionate about education and helping students succeed

 🎯 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

 🎯 Bachelor's degree required; training will be provided
