Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Chennai. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of student credit payments on a day-to-day basis. This role involves managing a team, implementing collection strategies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications Experience in collections management, financial services, or related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of credit and collections processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to analyze data. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. CA is preferred.
