Job Title: Structural Engineer (Civil)
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee construction projects ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with standards. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver durable and cost-effective structures.Key Responsibilities:Design, analyze, and review structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other civil structures.Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.Conduct structural analysis using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, or Revit.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (IS Codes, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.).Perform site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues during construction.Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions.Estimate material quantities and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).Conduct risk assessments and recommend modifications for cost-effectiveness and durability.Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients/stakeholders.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).Proven experience (X–Y years) as a Structural Engineer in construction/infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of structural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong project management and communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
