  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools: AutoCAD, Revit, or similar for structural drafting.
  • Familiarity with Indian standards (IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IS 875, etc.) and NBC.

Soft Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with architects, clients, and contractors.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and a strong sense of responsibility for structural safety.

Preferred Attributes (for a competitive firm)

  • Experience with high‑rise buildings, complex geometries, or special structures (e.g., stadiums, auditoriums).
  • Knowledge of sustainable design, green building norms (GRIHA, IGBC), or performance‑based design.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and exposure to construction supervision.
