Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Engineer based in Coimbatore. You will be at the heart of our engineering process, designing and analyzing Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and space frame systems using industry-leading software. You'll collaborate closely with design, fabrication, and project teams to ensure structural integrity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, design, and optimization of PEB and steel structures using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or Tekla.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, GA layouts, and connection designs specific to PEB systems.
• Support project planning, estimation, and material scheduling for PEB projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with national codes, safety standards, and best practices in PEB engineering.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design and detailing.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or Tekla Structures).
• Strong knowledge of steel design codes (IS 800, IS 801, AISC) and PEB industry standards.
• Experience in preparing PEB fabrication drawings, connection details, and erection plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver under deadlines, and adapt to on-site demands.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
