Your expertise will ensure that users receive the right guidance and information, resulting in a smooth and confident experience with Koloapp. Key Responsibilities: - Advise customers at every stage of their home building journey, addressing their doubts and questions effectively. - Manage and cater to the needs of multiple clients with various requirements, offering personalized advice and solutions. - Conduct online meetings to gain insights into user preferences and requirements. - Prepare detailed reports to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction. - Allocate appropriate resources to meet the specific needs of customers. - Collaborate with the Lead Advisor to ensure seamless operations and program coordination. - Maintain timely reporting, follow-ups, and consistent support for clients. - Organize and conduct site visits to achieve conversion and experience targets effectively. Qualifications Required: - Educational background in Structural Design or Architecture is preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the home construction industry. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. - Proven experience in understanding customer requirements and offering practical solutions. - Passion for home design, quality work, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
