We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team immediately and contribute to the structural integrity of our projects, such as Serenity Towers.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components for residential buildings, ensuring compliance with Indian Standard Codes
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and site teams to oversee construction quality and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure structural stability and adherence to design plans.
• Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and quality checks
• Provide technical reports and updates to project managers for timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in residential real estate projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (e.g., HMDA, RERA).
• Immediate availability to join
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
