Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity and stability of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The role involves preparing structural drawings, performing calculations, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, and other structures using standard design codes (IS, ACI, BS, etc.).
• Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and design compliance.
• Evaluate existing structures for stability, strength, and retrofit requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients for project execution.
• Prepare structural design reports, stability certificates, and calculation sheets.
• Use structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in all designs.
• Support tender preparation and technical documentation for bidding processes.
• Stay updated with new technologies, materials, and engineering standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in structural design and site supervision (depending on position level).
• Proficiency in design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of IS codes and international design standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements (Optional):

• Experience with solar mounting structures, industrial sheds, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Certification from a recognized engineering council or institution is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
