We are seeking an experienced team member for structural design of various types of buildings/projects - Multi-residential, Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial, Hotels, Stores, Medical/Healthcare etc. Candidate must have solid technical background in a variety of structures from single-family residential to multi-storey commercial and wide span. Experience with many areas of construction, including building design, construction, repairs, conversions, and additions required.

Job Location:

• Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:

• Morning (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) or Evening (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
• Monday to Friday
• Work from office only

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop structural engineering capability
• Manage projects from the size of a single small building to industrial, medical, and recreational complexes
• Prepare reports, designs, and drawings
• Prepare calculations for loads and stresses
• Select appropriate construction materials
• Structural code compliance
• Analysis, and evaluation of existing structures
• Structural design and detailing for new construction and alteration of wood, steel, and concrete
• Structural plan review
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department, in addition to managing structural projects
• Overseeing projects, and quality control

Skills Required:

• Master’s degree into Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience

• Proficiency in Tekla and REVIT software

• Decent communication skills - written and verbal
