As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join our growing team and play a critical role in shaping safe and sustainable living spaces. Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that structures are safe, functional, and in full compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze architectural and structural plans to ensure safety, stability, and compliance Prepare structural designs and calculations using design software and engineering principles Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and site teams to translate designs into executable plans Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction Approve materials, construction methods, and monitor quality control at various project stages Review and revise engineering drawings, documentation, and BOQs as needed Resolve technical issues and recommend solutions on-site Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and construction best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus) 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit Familiarity with Indian Building Codes (IS Codes), safety regulations, and quality standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Must be comfortable with regular on-site visits and inspections What We Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact residential projects Collaborative and growth-focused work environment Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Direct exposure to every stage of construction—from design to handover 📩 To Apply: Send your updated resume and portfolio (if applicable) to [coo@shinfra.in] 📞 Contact: 9160001412
