Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary -

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structure Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the structural analysis, evaluation, and enhancement of racking systems and related warehouse infrastructure. This role involves ensuring safety, stability, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with various departments and contributing to R&D initiatives. Candidates with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in RCC and steel structure design will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities -

• Perform structural analysis and evaluation of racking systems and warehouse

infrastructure for safety, stability, and compliance with both international and Indian

standards.

• Collaborate with the Inspection and QA/QC teams to assess damaged or noncompliant racks through independent engineering analysis.

• Support Research & Development efforts including stress analysis, deflection

behavior, and upright stability to enhance the performance and longevity of storage

systems.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including engineering

assessments, audit reports, and feasibility studies for internal use and client

presentations.

• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies in racking solutions,

and updates to relevant safety standards and engineering practices.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills -

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• 3–4 years of professional experience in RCC and steel structures with a strong focus

on design and analysis.

• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and familiarity with relevant structural design

standards (IS codes and international standards).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal

communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within

multidisciplinary teams.
