1 Job Description: Civil Engineer

Company: Finsen Ritter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
Experience: 1–3 years

2 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and modify structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro or equivalent structural design software.
• Assist in the preparation of foundation, structural steel, RCC, and other civil/structural designs.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and mechanical/electrical engineers to ensure design integration.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, and site execution.
• Participate in site inspections, verification of civil/structural works, and resolving design issues.
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), reports, and documentation for projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards in design and site works.
• Willingness to travel for site work and project execution across India.

3 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in structural design and drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing structural drawings.
• Working knowledge of STAAD Pro or equivalent structural analysis software.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles (RCC & Steel).
• Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings and documents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
