Structural BIM Modeler

Job Description :-

• Develop BIM Models: Create detailed 3D BIM models for structural components in residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects using advanced BIM software.
• Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and integration across disciplines.
• Coordinate Structural Design: Facilitate the coordination of structural designs with other disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes.
• Model Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks and updates on models to maintain accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate comprehensive documentation and reports from BIM models to support construction planning and execution.

· Lead and manage structural BIM projects from inception to completion.

· Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration.

· Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.

· Supervise and support a team of BIM Modelers and Engineers.

· Monitor model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), clash detection, and resolution.

· Ensure compliance with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192).

· Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders.

· Conduct BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops.

· Manage data flow and ensure proper use of CDE (Common Data Environment).

· Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and optimize workflows.

• Software Proficiency: Revit (Structure), Navisworks, Advance Steel .Concrete, BIM 360, and Dynamo.
• · Strong understanding of structural systems: concrete, steel, wood.
