Structural BIM Modeler

Infopark, Kochi / Chennai

Experience: 2–8 Years

About the Company

Structural, MEP, and BIM services

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D BIM models of
structural elements
using Revit (LOD 200–500).
Prepare structural
GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and schedules
.
Work on
RC and steel structures
, ensuring model integrity.
Coordinate with
architectural, structural engineers, and MEP teams
.
Perform
clash detection
and provide technical input to resolve issues.
Create and update
Revit families
as per project requirements.
Ensure models adhere to
project BIM standards, QC procedures, and deadlines
.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil / Structural Engineering.
2+ years’ experience as
Structural BIM Modeler
.
Proficiency in
Revit Structure
, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Experience with
high-rise and large-scale buildings
is preferred.
Strong understanding of
BIM processes and coordination workflows
.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
