🚨 We're Hiring: Structural BIM Engineer (2+ Years Experience) 🚨 Location: Trivandrum / Remote Collaboration Company: Sumanam Engineering Services Consultant (SESC) Sumanam Engineering Services Consultant (SESC) is looking for a talented Structural BIM Engineer to join our dynamic BIM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural modeling and a strong understanding of BIM workflows within multidisciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage structural BIM models in Revit for various project stages. Coordinate with MEP and architectural teams for clash-free model integration. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project standards. Ensure model accuracy, quality, and adherence to BIM execution plans. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in Structural BIM Modeling Software Skills: Autodesk Revit (mandatory), Navisworks (preferred) Strong understanding of RCC and Steel structural elements. Ability to interpret structural drawings and communicate effectively with design teams.
