Job Description

Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Location:

BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
  • Review, validate, and update project models regularly
  • Support the design team with BIM-related tasks and troubleshooting
  • Prepare clash detection reports and coordinate resolutions
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure proper file management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in BIM coordination
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
