Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an MEP BIM Coordinator at Tejjy Inc. The MEP BIM Coordinator will oversee and manage BIM coordination workflows, create and review BIM models, and ensure efficient communication between design teams and construction professionals. Daily responsibilities include performing clash detection and resolution, implementing BIM standards, coordinating design modifications, and collaborating on digital construction deliverables. The role requires a commitment to precision, collaboration, and innovation in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design integration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating, editing, and managing MEP BIM designs and models
• Experience with clash detection, coordination, and problem resolution within BIM workflows
• Competency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of MEP design and construction standards, codes, and regulations
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Highly organized with attention to detail to meet project deadlines
• Knowledge or experience with innovative technologies like AI, Digital Twins, and VR in BIM workflows is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
