"𝐌𝐄𝐏 𝐁𝐈𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫" Location: India (Kochin, Kerala) Experience Required: 5–8 years 𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒚: We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of MEP models, manage clash detection, and ensure timely and accurate project deliverables. 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔: >Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models (LOD 300–400). >Conduct clash detection and provide coordination solutions between disciplines. >Oversee model quality and compliance with ISO 19650 and UAE authority standards. >Collaborate with project managers, architects, and structural engineers. >Mentor junior BIM modelers and guide modeling best practices. Prepare reports and assist in project documentation. 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 & 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔: >Degree/ Diploma in MEP Engineering. >5–8 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination. >Expert in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360. >Strong knowledge of UAE MEP standards and ISO 19650. >Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. >Experience in leading a BIM team and mentoring junior staff.
