Structural BIM Modeler

As a Structural BIM Modeler at our company, your role will involve developing accurate BIM and shop drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with international project standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed BIM models and preparation of structural layout drawings for steel components in Revit. - Possess a strong understanding of sheet creation within BIM workflows, including organizing, setting up, and managing drawing sheets for structural models. - Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines for clash detection and seamless model integration. - Organize files, backups, and ensure rigorous change documentation and file management. - Communicate effectively with teammates, leaders, and project managers for successful project delivery. - Revise drawings based on markups, design changes, or site feedback while maintaining version history and accuracy. - Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with project documentation standards. Technical / Must-Have Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for structural modeling and drawing production. - Knowledge of working on CDE/BIM360. - Experience with BIM coordination, interdisciplinary clash detection, and documentation. - Knowledge of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and task prioritization skills.
