The plumbing BIM modeler will be responsible for creating and managing the BIM data for the plumbing systems, collaborating with architects, engineers, structural & Interior and ensuring accurate BIM documentation. Key Responsibilities: Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Experience in plumbing design & modeling and MEP coordination. Understanding of construction documentation, industry standards, building codes, and project specifications. A plumbing BIM modeler works with architects, engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that the models accurately represent the project's requirements and design intent.
