Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Coordinator located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within projects, ensuring all services are integrated and seamlessly incorporated into the project design. Key tasks include overseeing BIM modeling for MEP services, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. The MEP Coordinator will also collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve any coordination issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MEP Coordination and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience with Building Services and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the AEC industry
