Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC systems using BIM softwareCoordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirementsEnsure models comply with industry standards and project specificationsPerform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design teamMaintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modeling progressAssist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Systems, or a related fieldProven experience in HVAC modeling using BIM softwareStrong understanding of HVAC systems and their design principlesProficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similarExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication and documentation skills
