Your Responsibilities

Design and implement new processes, policies, and tools that align with company priorities and scale with growth.Manage Stakeholders:
Facilitate workshops, client sessions, and coaching while ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.Drive Business Growth:
Build and manage stakeholder relationships, proactively identify new opportunities, and help convert them into tangible outcomes.Ensure Operational Excellence:
Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and build processes that maximize efficiency while maintaining compliance.Enable Financial Health:
Track and analyze financial data, recommending solutions to improve profitability and streamline costs.Align People & Strategy:
Partner with HR to ensure organizational plans match evolving business needs.

Hands-on experience aligning multiple teams toward a common strategic goal.Data & Financial Acumen:
Ability to interpret operational and financial data to guide decision-making.Client/Stakeholder Management:
Skilled at managing relationships and influencing decisions at senior levels.

Experience at a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm.Advanced Education:
