You will facilitate Scrum events, promote continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders. Key accountabilities include facilitating events to ensure they are positive, productive, and within the timebox, supporting iteration execution for continuous customer value, optimizing flow by identifying and removing conflicts impacting team flow, mitigating risks by identifying and escalating impediments, building high-performing teams through fostering Agile Team attributes and continuous improvement, managing stakeholders by facilitating collaboration and building trust, and ensuring governance and reporting by maintaining data quality and representing at required governance forums.,
