Our client is a ₹85,000+ Cr conglomerate, a leading engineering company. This role will be required to drive high-impact projects across NBFC/ Financial Instituitions / Banks & Artificial Intelligence sectors for the Chairman’s office.
1. Market intelligence: Assess market trends and track competitor activity in focus sectors
2. Strategy definition: Strategy formulation across growth vectors
3. Change management: Identify strategic initiatives, define implementation roadmap along with owners and timelines. Drive action in close collaboration with the business team
4. Performance review: Monitor, report and impact measurement of critical projects. Review performance of focus business verticals and identify critical interventions
5. Partnerships and alliances: Assist in identifying opportunities, due diligence and deal closure
1. 3-5 years work experience with 1-2 years work experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or any other strategy role.
2. Consultants from MBB - professionals
3. MBA from Tier 1 B-schools from 2023 batches only.
