Job Description

You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains with a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Drive design workshops with clients using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities in areas such as EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM, and PM. - Independently handle or lead a team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post go-live support activities. - Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, providing advisory on S/4HANA-led Supply Chain transformation. - Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutions. - Support the development of cutting-edge Point of View (POV) on SAP-led transformations and design assets to drive additional business in S4HANA. - Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of processes. - Impeccable team management skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in S4HANA functionalities such as EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM, and PM. - Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client satisfaction. - Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trends. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural competence with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Relevant experience in the required domain with at least 2 end-to-end project implementations in S4 EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM, or PM. - Minimum of 2 years of large-scale SAP consulting experience in supply chain capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and experience career growth and leadership exposure. Please note the minimum experience required for this role is 4+ years, and a B.Tech/BE degree along with an MBA is preferred for educational qualification.,
