Strategy & Assurance (Real Estate)

As an enthusiastic and driven professional with a background in the Real Estate industry, ideally in promoter-driven organizations/consulting firms, you will play a crucial role in driving analytics, decision-making, corporate strategy, and senior relationship management. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, analyze large volumes of data, and present cogent points of view effectively. **Role Overview:** - Help set and refine the strategic agenda for the Real Estate BU - Translate the Chairman's vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by collaborating with senior stakeholders - Ensure rigorous governance with regular review cadence and detailed insights - Identify and implement transformative initiatives in Real Estate - Assist in controlling capital allocations by reviewing proposed spend elements and ensuring evaluation and rigor - Facilitate team building activities within the Chairman's office and strengthen systems, processes, and collaboration **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing environment - Be highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously - Manage multiple streams simultaneously - Exhibit a high appetite for analytics and comfort with handling complex data sets - Demonstrate a keen eye for rigor checking and triangulation - Ability to analyze large volumes of data to identify key issues and challenges within the team **Qualification Required:** - Business acumen with strong attention to detail - Financial acumen, including an understanding of financial statements and metrics in business contexts - Digital-first mindset - Comfort with large data sets and ability to synthesize information - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent relationship-building skills In addition, the job requires an Educational Qualification of an MBA from a Tier 1 institution and a minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the Real Estate industry or a similar role. A background in Corporate Strategy/Planning, exposure to an Executive office setup, and experience in Strategic Consulting will be beneficial for this role.,
