Strategy & Assurance (Real Estate)

As an enthusiastic and driven professional with a background in the Real Estate industry, ideally in promoter-driven organizations or consulting firms, you will be responsible for driving analytics, decision-making, corporate strategy, and senior relationship management. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial, along with your ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will need to analyze large volumes of data, ensure rigor in decision-making, and present convincing points of view both in writing and discussions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Help set and refine the strategic agenda for the Real Estate Business Unit - Translate the Chairman's vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by collaborating with senior stakeholders - Ensure rigorous governance through regular review cadence and detailed insights - Identify and implement transformative initiatives in Real Estate - Review proposed spend elements and ensure adequate evaluation and rigor in capital allocations - Facilitate team building activities within the Chairman's office and strengthen systems, processes, and collaboration **Challenges:** - Operate and thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing environment - Be highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously - Manage multiple streams of work simultaneously - Demonstrate a high appetite for analytics and proficiency in handling complex data sets - Identify key issues and challenges within teams by analyzing large volumes of data **Skill Set Requirement:** - Strong business acumen with attention to detail - Understanding of financial statements, financial metrics, and their application in business contexts - Digital-first mindset - Comfortable working with large data sets and synthesizing information - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong relationship-building skills In addition to the above responsibilities and requirements, the educational qualification desired for this role is an MBA from a Tier 1 institution, with at least 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in the Real Estate industry or a similar role. A background in Corporate Strategy/Planning, exposure to an Executive office setup, and experience in Strategic Consulting will be beneficial for this position.,
