Job Description

As a member of gTech's Strategy and Operations team (gSO), you will play a crucial role in driving success and transformative changes for gTech. Your primary focus will be on the critical strategic priorities for gTech Ads teams, facilitating cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, providing business-critical insights using analytics, and helping drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems and opportunities, influencing goal setting, transforming early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and contributing to a significant multi-year business transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Customer Support teams, while serving as a strategic thought partner to the leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, provide context, and conduct business analysis with effective project communication and management. - Enable critical business decision-making by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and sharing key learnings. - Partner with gTech Ads Customer Support leadership to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, including global priorities. - Oversee and connect business-focused standalone initiatives, remove execution roadblocks, and resolve conflicts effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA degree. - Experience in a management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries, or early-stage companies. - Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive communication, both internally and externally. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategy in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment. - Experience in Operations, Customer Support, and Internet/Online Media. - Excellent project management, problem-solving/analysis, written/verbal communication, and people management skills.
