Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Electronics

As a seasoned Electronics sourcing professional with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing commodity strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise in Electronics, particularly in IC, PCB, connector, or cable assembly industries, will be highly valued in this role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and onboard new suppliers to optimize the supplier base for enhanced efficiency and quality. Your key responsibilities will include conducting RFQs for NPI projects, negotiating various contracts with suppliers, and driving cost reduction initiatives through comprehensive analysis and negotiation. Working closely with engineering teams, you will lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) projects and coordinate efforts to achieve project KPIs such as savings, lead time reduction, and localization. In addition, you will lead quarterly supplier scorecard reviews to improve supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost. Your role will also involve identifying risks, opportunities, and underperforming suppliers, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring continuous improvement in the sourcing process. Your qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in the Electrical/Electronics field, fluency in spoken and written English, and proficiency in office software. An engineering background would be advantageous, and knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred. Your ability to perform tactical work in SAP and collaborate effectively with plant teams will be essential for success in this role.,
