CRITICAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of 15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the technology industry with a minimum of 3 years in the Cable Assembly or connector related. 3years or above experience in RD team management, global collaboration experience is a required. Experience with data center technology and connectors/cable assembly is a plus. Experience in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), design for cost (DFC), design for manufacturing (DFM). Capability and experience in presentation on products, solutions, and technologies. Previous experience in working in high-performing multi-disciplinary global engineering teams.
