Role Description: Purchase Executive Role Description Job Responsibilities: •Conducting product research & sourcing new suppliers & vendor • Sourcing material/ goods/ product and services from different vendors • Negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals and contracts • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplier and stock as necessary • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock • Attending products launched and networking with industry professionals. • Research potential vendors • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed • Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner • Coordinate with the delivery team and following upon delays or orders that have been rescheduled • Attend industry trade shows & Vendor location • Evaluating Supplies

Role & responsibilities Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies for Raw Material. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking Assess, manage and mitigate risks Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers Strong negotiation skills Ability to enter into long term/Spot contracts based on market assessment. Preferred candidate profile Proven working experience as Procurement, logistics and EXIM incharge. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management Interest in market dynamics along with business sense A knack for negotiation and networking International exposure Working experience of vendor management software Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures Solid judgement along with decision making skills Strong leadership capabilities BE - Mechanical/Production , Graduate Diploma in Material Management.
