Requirements, Skills & Competencies

Qualification: CA or MBA from top-tier institute
Experience: 5-6 years in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or project management
Technical skills:
  • Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, charts)
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint (executive presentations)
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers
  • Present findings in a structured and visual format

  • Recommend data-driven actions to project leads and stakeholders


Strategic Project Support

  • Assist in planning and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Track project milestones and report progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data and inputs

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather project data and updates


Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Track peer performance and benchmark key metrics

  • Share intelligence reports with leadership and suggest areas of opportunity


Presentation & Reporting

  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership
  • Summarize complex data into executive-level reports

  • Present insights and updates in internal review meetings
