What You’ll Work On (Key Responsibilities)

• Partner Support & Coordination

• Assist in onboarding and coordinating with third-party affiliates, publishers, and content partners
• Support communication with partners for campaign updates and basic issue resolution

• Campaign Execution Support

• Help in executing campaign promotions across BFSI (credit cards, loans) and non-banking categories (ecommerce, D2C)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Tech, Operations) to ensure smooth campaign rollout

• Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track basic metrics like clicks, leads, and conversions
• Maintain MIS sheets, trackers, and campaign performance reports in Excel

• Market & Partner Research

• Research new affiliate partners, platforms, and industry trends
• Support the team with competitor benchmarking and insights

• Documentation & Process Support

• Assist in maintaining partner documentation, campaign briefs, and internal reports

Skills We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding or strong interest in

  digital marketing / partnerships / performance marketing

• Comfortable with

  Excel / Google Sheets

  (basic formulas, data tracking)
• Good

  communication and coordination skills

• Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or BFSI products
• Internship experience in marketing, operations, or business development
• Familiarity with ecommerce or fintech platforms
