Role Description

The Strategic Partner will engage directly with clients to understand their real estate investment goals and deliver customized solutions. The role includes managing client relationships, overseeing real estate portfolios, and providing advisory support to maximize returns and growth opportunities. Tasks may involve market research, negotiation assistance, and property performance evaluations. This is a contract-based, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management and Investment Advisory
• 15+ years of experience working in industry with good HNI Connect
• Proficiency in Market Research and Real Estate Portfolio Analysis
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Indian property markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
