What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement

  SOPs, policies, playbooks, and dashboards

  that don’t exist yet.
• Lead

  high-impact projects

  end-to-end — from ideation to adoption.
• Use

  data to drive decisions

  , track KPIs, and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Bring

  clarity and stability

  to complex situations, from client escalations to operational bottlenecks.
• Drive adoption of new frameworks and processes across teams.

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years experience in

  strategy, operations, or program management

  at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Proven ability to

  create frameworks, dashboards, or policies from scratch

• Strong

  problem-solving and project management skills

  , with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Comfort with

  data, KPIs, and measuring impact

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of
