https://lnkd.in/gd7brT8SWe are looking for a high-caliber individual to join the Founder'sOffice. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role offering directexposure to strategic decision-making, business operations, and growthinitiatives. You will work closely with the founders to solve complexproblems and drive critical projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and
operational initiatives
  • Drive research, market analysis, and data-driven insights to
support business decisions
  • Build internal processes and frameworks to solve key organizational
challenges
  • Collaborate with teams across product, operations, finance, and
growth to execute special projects
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and
external stakeholders

Requirement

  • 2–6 Years of experience in management consulting
  • B.Tech/B.E from a Tier 1 college, a Master's degree is not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High ownership, agility, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Willingness to hustle and go beyond defined responsibilities
