As a Strategic Initiatives & Integrations Senior Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading C-level transformational initiatives, specifically focusing on defining the integration approach of newly acquired companies to enhance the value of the acquisition. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with C-level executives and their teams to drive business outcomes aligned with TELUS Digital's strategy. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in driving alignment within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Translate stakeholder needs into concrete proposals and action plans - Support the management of closing activities and integration of newly acquired companies to maximize the value of the acquisition, including discovery, integration planning, and oversight - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive expected outcomes in initiatives supporting the company's strategy, with a focus on change management elements such as stakeholder management, communications, and training - Identify risks or barriers and proactively facilitate their management - Provide updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and facilitate key decision-making processes when necessary Qualifications Required: - Availability to work on-site Core Competencies: - Providing support - Customer-centric approach - Embracing technology - Commitment to self-development Functional Competencies: - Strong executive/senior stakeholder management, facilitation, and influence skills - Ability to solve complex problems and think innovatively to develop solutions - Skill in translating the company's strategy into execution - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively navigate ambiguity - Knowledge of integrating newly acquired companies - Experience in facilitating smooth transitions through change - Creative, intuitive, and confident in generating new ideas Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives at a global level - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - Proficiency in English language ranging from B2 to C1 level As a Strategic Initiatives & Integrations Senior Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading C-level transformational initiatives, specifically focusing on defining the integration approach of newly acquired companies to enhance the value of the acquisition.
