We are looking for an independent, curious, and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in unstructured environments and enjoys connecting the dots between research, business, and technology.This role blends market research, strategic scouting, and partnership outreach — a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate new opportunities for growth through research on markets, products, technologies, and potential collaborators.Engage with external partners — companies, startups, universities, and agencies — to explore collaboration possibilities.Scout and assess new software, tools, or agencies that can enhance efficiency or innovation capabilities.Monitor emerging trends and prepare concise briefs or opportunity notes for senior leadership.Identify relevant grants and funding programs in R&D, sustainability, and innovation; summarize fit and process.Represent the company externally at relevant events, trade shows, and networking platforms.Travel requirement: Regular travel within India, occasional international visits for events or partner meetings.What We’re Looking ForEducation: MBA or equivalent, preferably with a background in business development, innovation, or market strategy.Experience: 8–15 years across business, strategy, or partnerships (chemical/manufacturing/B2B exposure preferred).Mindset: Go-getter, fast learner, self-driven problem solver with strong curiosity and ownership.Skills:Excellent research and analytical abilitiesConfident communication and relationship-buildingStrong business judgment and presentation skillsComfortable working independently and managing ambiguityFamiliarity with digital tools, databases, or grant portals
