Company: Mantra Care Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi, India Experience Required: 8+ years Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month Contact no.: 97180 11146 About the Role: Mantra Care is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functioning and strategic oversight of one of our core business units. This individual will be accountable for overall operational efficiency, cost management, and profitability (P&L), while also managing legal and contractual frameworks essential to the division’s success. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full operational workflow and execution for a specific business unit. Monitor and enhance profitability by overseeing all P&L elements, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and driving sustainable growth. Establish, document, and implement operational procedures, guidelines, and performance standards. Draft, evaluate, and oversee legal contracts and commercial agreements. Coordinate and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to align operational goals. Assess KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies. Lead, guide, and support a team to ensure high performance, efficiency, and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or postgraduate qualification in business or operations is preferred. At least 8 years of proven experience in operations management, ideally with exposure to business unit leadership and profitability management. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize financial performance through P&L accountability. Strong working knowledge of legal agreements and experience in reviewing/drafting contracts.
