As a Senior Operations Manager at Mantra Care, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of one of the core business units. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the operational workflow and execution for a specific business unit. - Monitoring and enhancing profitability by managing all elements of the P&L, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and driving sustainable growth. - Establishing, documenting, and implementing operational procedures, guidelines, and performance standards. - Drafting, evaluating, and overseeing legal contracts and commercial agreements. - Coordinating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams to align operational goals. - Assessing KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies. - Leading, guiding, and supporting a team to ensure high performance, efficiency, and professional development. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree is a must; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in business or operations is preferred. - At least 8 years of proven experience in operations management, with exposure to business unit leadership and profitability management. - Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize financial performance through P&L accountability. - Strong working knowledge of legal agreements and experience in reviewing/drafting contracts.
