You have an urgent requirement for a Strategic Business Manager (SBM) at Kolhapur Location with Confidence Petroleum India Limited in the Packed Cylinder Division (PCD). **Role Overview:** As a Strategic Business Manager, you will be responsible for Channel Sales Management, Dealer Development, Distributor Development, Team Handling, and ROI Analysis. Your key focus will be achieving monthly and annual sales targets across all channels, increasing channel partner engagement and sales productivity, onboarding new dealers, expanding the distributor network, meeting team sales targets, and ensuring positive ROI for all sales initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all channels. - Increase channel partner engagement and sales productivity. - Onboard new dealers as per market strategy. - Achieve set dealer satisfaction and retention rates. - Expand distributor network in untapped regions. - Ensure distributors meet inventory and performance benchmarks. - Meet team sales targets and individual performance KPIs. - Improve team retention and training completion rates. - Ensure all sales initiatives deliver positive ROI. - Optimize cost-to-revenue ratio for all channel operations. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/ PGDM OR Graduate in any field - 8 years of experience onwards - Age criteria: 30-45 years - Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Local Language preferred The KRIs provided above offer clear, measurable outcomes for evaluating your success as a Strategic Business Manager.
