Strategic Business Manager

We have an urgent requirement for a Strategic Business Manager (SBM) at Kolhapur location with Confidence Petroleum India Limited in the Packed Cylinder Division (PCD). The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience onwards and hold an MBA/PGDM or be a graduate in any field. The age criteria for this position is 30-45 years, with proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language being preferred. The salary offered for this role ranges from 30,000 to 45,000 CTC per month. As a Strategic Business Manager, you will be responsible for various key result indicators (KRI) to drive business growth and success. Your duties will include managing channel sales, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, enhancing channel partner engagement, and increasing sales productivity. You will also focus on dealer development by onboarding new dealers, ensuring dealer satisfaction and retention rates, and expanding the distributor network in untapped regions while meeting inventory and performance benchmarks. Team handling is another crucial aspect of this role, where you will lead the team to achieve sales targets and individual performance KPIs, improve team retention, and enhance training completion rates. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting ROI analysis to ensure all sales initiatives deliver positive returns and optimize the cost-to-revenue ratio for all channel operations. These KRIs serve as clear, measurable outcomes for evaluating the success of the Strategic Business Manager. This is a full-time position with a preferred total work experience of 1 year. The work location for this role is primarily on the road.
