• Channel Sales Management
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all channels.
• Increase channel partner engagement and sales productivity.
• Dealer Development
• Onboard new dealers as per market strategy.
• Achieve set dealer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Distributor Development
• Expand distributor network in untapped regions.
• Ensure distributors meet inventory and performance benchmarks.
• Team Handling
• Meet team sales targets and individual performance KPIs.
• Improve team retention and training completion rates.
• ROI Analysis
• Ensure all sales initiatives deliver positive ROI.
• Optimize cost-to-revenue ratio for all channel operations.
